Sealed tender/quotations are invited from the Enlisted Bonafide Contractors/ Authorized Dealers for the following works with all cost with fitting, fixing, paint etc. Queation should be addressed to the Dy. Commissioner of Police (HQ). Asansol-Durgapur Police Cemmissionerate. Q stations will be received by this office by 23.03.2020 at 12.30 Hours. The quotation will be opened on the same day. The rates should be quoted in words as well as figure including all charges in the quotation. No extra charges will be entertained. Xerox copies of Valid Trade License, PAN Card, GSTIN, P.Tax, ete. must be subaitted along with sealed quotation. The quoted rate should not cross justified market price, All intending tenderers/quotationers May see the spot/place with details wurks and any information in this regards is required, may be contacted with office of the undersigned during office hours on any working day before submission of tender/quotation. Interestod tenderers/quotationers are requested to remain present during opening of the tender box. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any tender/quatation without assigning any reason what so ever and not bound to accept lowest rate. |
