The Dy. Commissioner of Police(H.Q) Asansol-Durgapur invites sealed Tender for the year of 2021-22 from Government Register / Department enlisted supplier for the purchase / supply of miscellaneous articles (Cleaning materials, gardening materials, hiring materials, utensil, electrical articles etc) for the departmental store at Asansol Police line. Samples, list of articles & other details of Tender may be seen in the office of the undersigned on any working day during office hour. Tender Forms may be obtained from the office of the undersigned on payment of Rs10/-(Ten) only through T.R Challans for each Tender. Attested copies of income Tax and sales Tax, clearance certificates, P.Tax certificate, Trade license, GST documents shall be submitted along with tender papers in the Tender Box placed at this office the Tender papers will be opened shortly after that interest bidders may remain present during opening of tender papers. The last date of submitting tender paper is 20.02.2021 by 12.00hrs. The tender papers will be opened on 20.02.2021 shortly after 16.00hrs. Interested bidders may remain present during opening of the tender papers. The earnest money Rs.10000/-(Ten thousand) only as NSC. KVP bankers cheque must be submitted along with the Tender form. The tender without the above mentioned copies of certificate will be rejected abinitio. Authority possessed every right to accept or reject any tender without assigning any reason. |
