Sealed Annual Tender are invited from the Bonafied/Government Registered/Departmental/ Enlisted Suppliers/Contractors/Co-Operative Society Ltd. For supplying of “Printing, Stationery & Miscellaneous” articles for the year 2022-2023 of Asansol Durgapur Police Commissionerate. The sealed tenders should be addressed to the Dy. Commissioner of Police (HQ), Asansol Durgapur Police Commissionerate. Details of Tender may be seen in the office of the undersigned on any working day during office hours. The copies of the (a)Trade Licence Certificate (b) Income tax clearance certificate (c)professional Tax certificate (d) Valid PAN issued by I.T. department. Govt. of India (e) Valid 15 digits Goods & Service Tax payer identification number (GSTIN) under GST Act-2017 should be enclosed with the tender. Earnest money amounting to Rs.10,000/- only in the shape of Govt. Draft or NSC in favour of Dy. Commissioner of Police (HQ), Asansol Durgapur Police Commissionerate. Tender will be received by this Office by 29.03.2022 at 12.30 hrs. and will be opened on the same day after 12.30 hrs. The quoted rate should not cross the justified market price. Bidders are requested to remain present during opening of Tender box. The undersigned Reserves the right to accept or cancel the Tender without assigning any reason.
