Sealed quotations are invited from the Bonafide/Govt. Registered/Departmental/Enlisted suppliers/contractors/Reputed firms for supply of Fans on hired basis during the months of September and October for the financial year 2024-2025. Interested firms may obtain the list of fans from the Office of the undersigned in any working day, within the office hour. Quotation forms should be addressed to the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Head Quarters, Asansol Durgapur Police Commissionerate mentioning quotation for supply of Fans on hired basis during the months of September & October for the financial year 2024-2025". The quotation paper along with copy of the self-attested GST Registration Certificate, up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, P.Tax, Trade License, Pan CARD, Bank details etc and earnest money of Rs. 10,000/-only as NSC/Demand Draft must be submitted along with the quotation Form will have to be dropped in the sealed box(Tender/Quotation Boxjkept in the office of the undersigned within 10(Ten) days. All the particulars of the above quotation are requested to quote their rate inclusive of all taxes. Last date for submission of quotation will be on 08/09/2023 upto 15.00 hrs. The quotation will be opened by the undersigned on 09-09-2023 at 12.00 hrs. All the participants related with the above quotation are requested to remain present at the time of opening of the same. The undersign reserves the right to accept or reject any quotations without assigning any reason thereof. |
