The Commissioner of Police Asansol-Durgapur invites sealed Tender from the willing bonafied Govt. contractor /firm/co-operative for fabrication of Terry Cotton Police Uniform/Dungaree, Nylon Mosquito Net, for the year 2022-23 is on 21st day from the day of publication in daily news paper. To be opened on the same day. The Uniform are to be fabricated against industrial measurement. The quoted rate should not cross the Govt. rate i.e Terry Cotton Uniform/Dungaree( Including Uniform of traffic Police )=Rs. 300/-(Rupees three hundred) per set, Net Mosquito Nylon =Rs 40/-(Rupees forty) per pc(.) Interested Tenderers may remain present during opening of Tender papers. All interested Tenderers are requested to furnish their Trade license / Income Tax / PAN card /GST certificate and other necessary documents along with the Tender. Earnest money of Rs.5000/-(Rupees five thousand ) only should be paid by each Tender in shape of N.S.C/Bank draft with the Tender form in favour of the Commissioner of Police Asansol –Durgapur Police Commissioneate. The willing Tenderers may contact the Reserve Inspector of Police at Asansol Police Lines for details on any working day during office hours. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any tender without assigning any reason, what so ever. |
