The Deputy Commissioner of Police (HQ) Asansol-Durgapur invites sealed Tender for "Bye Election in 40- Asansol Parliamentary Constituency West Bengal 2022." from Government Register / Department enlisted supplier / decorator / traders etc. for the hiring / supply/installation of fabricated temporary sheds, chairs, tables, Mick set, Generator, Lights, Pandel, misc articles etc. and others In c/w Bye Election in 40- Asansol Parliamentary Constituency West Bengal 2022." for the Asansol-Durgapur Police Commissionerate. Samples, list of articles & other details of Tender may collect from the office of the undersigned on any working day during office hour. Tender Forms may be obtained from the office of the undersigned on payment of Rs10/-(Ten) only through T.R Challans for each Tender. Attested copies of income Tax and sales Tax, clearance certificates, P.Tax certificates, Trade license, GST documents shall be submitted along with tender papers in the Tender Box placed at this office. The Tender papers will be opened shortly after that interested bidders may remain present during opening of Tender papers. The last date of submitting Tender paper is 7th day from the day of publication in daily local newspaper by 12.00hrs. The Tender papers will be opened on 7th day from the day of publication in daily local newspaper at 16.00hrs. Interested bidders may remain present during opening of the tender papers. The earnest money Rs.10000/-Ten thousand) only as NSC. KVP bankers cheque or preferably as Bank draft must be submitted along with the Tender form. The tender without the above mentioned copies of certificate will be rejected abinitio. Authority possessed every right to accept or reject any tender without assigning any reason. |
