Sealed quotation are invited from the Bonafide, Reputed, Enlisted suppliers/Dealers/Equipments technicians for Annual Maintenance cost for Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) of Computers, printers (including multifunctional) and Servers (Annexure –A) for the period from 01st September 2022 to 31st August 2023. Sealed quotation complete in all respect subscribed as “Quotation for Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) of Computers, printers (including multifunctional) and Servers” in the office of Commissioner of Police Asansol Durgapur Police Commissionerate. The quotation must be accompanied with security of Rs. 5000 (Five Thousand) as NSC/ Demand Draft. Last date submission of quotation on 09.09 .2022 At 12.30 hrs. and will be opened on the same day after 16.00 hrs. The copies of the (a) Current Trade Licence Certificate (b) Current income tax clearance certificate (c) current professional Tax certificate (d) Valid PAN issued by I.T. department. Govt. of India (e) Valid 15 digits Goods & Service Tax payer identification number (GSTIN) under GST Act-2017 should be enclosed with the Quotation. Bidders are requested to remain present during opening of Tender box. In case of poor quality Service, payment for the same will not be made from this end. The undersigned Reserves the right to accept or cancel the Quotation without assigning any reason. |
