  • Co-ordination meeting with all Durga Puja committees of Central & West Zone of ADPC and stakeholders held today at Rabindra Bhavan, Asansol. Also cheques from WB Govt distributed by CP ADPC to puja committees. At the same time safety precautions to be taken while organizing puja pandals were also discussed with Puja committees.
  • Co-ordination meeting with all Durga Puja committees (536) of Durgapur East division of ADPC and stakeholders held today at Srijani hall. Also cheques from WB Govt distributed by CP ADPC to puja committees. At the same time safety precautions to be taken while organising puja pandals were also discussed with Puja committees.
  • 53 Missing cell phones were returned to their rightful owners by Andal PS.
  • A team of Durgapur PS detected the Murder Case within 18 Hrs. and arrested the principal accused, recovered the Offending weapons, Cash Rs. 94200, Mobile Phone (which was used by deceased) Gold Ornaments etc.
  • RUN FOR HARMONY (05 KM)
  • Concluding session of 7 Days Cyber Training Program of @cpadpc. A total of 35 officers of ADPC participated in training. Training includes various aspects Cyber crimes, Social media monitoring and evidence collection.
  • “Rakshak”, meaning protector, an initiative of Asansol Durgapur Police Commissionerate was launched on 15th August in Durgapur PS by Commissioner of Police, ADPC. Rakshak introduces the traditional police beats system with greater responsibility to have regular Moholla meetings, intelligence collection and crime prevention
  • “Meet Your Officer” programme held at Budbud PS in presence of Commissioner of Police, Asansol - Durgapur where he interacted and heard grievances of people and try to short out their problems. Distribution of wheelchairs to disable persons and awards to meritorious students
  • World adivasi divas celebrated at Kadamdanga, Kanksa PS where contribution of indigenous people and their traditions was witnessed in form of adivasi dance, distribution of sarees, dress by @Cpadpc Sir followed by cultural programs
  • During the event 250 dry ration food packets distributed to local people, 28 mobile recovered and handed over and football shoes given to local club. New cyber desk will be stared at Raniganj PS for quick action
  • As part of “Meet Your Officer” program, met with members of public and other Govt officers, ensured grievance redressal and discussed important issues. ACP Hirapur and CI Hirapur remained present.
  • Distribution of Ration kits and tree saplings among 250 needy people under Jamuria PS . Also 06 missing mobile handoverd to actual owner.
  • During village visit by Police under MEET YOUR OFFICER initiative by Asansol Durgapur Police Commissionerate, one of the villager told that one divyanga female needs wheelchair as she is not able to walk. Today Raniganj PS delivered wheelchair to her
  • “ Meet Your Officer “ programme held today by me at Faridpur (Laudoha) PS. Public grievances were heard and interacted with adivasi villagers and heard their problems.
  • Meet your Officer program at Kulti PS today in kind presence of CP, ADPC. DCP West and ACP Kulti also attended the program. Listened to various grievances of Public etc for early redressal. Also felicitated some meritorious students and returned missing phones.

  • Toppers of Baraboni block in Madhyamik Examination 2022 were felicitated by Baraboni PS in presence of ACP Hirapur and CI Hirapur.
  • Toppers along with teachers and parents of Madhyamik Examination 2022 from Hirapur PS jurisdiction were suitably commended and complemented by Local Police, Councilors and other dignitaries.
  • Tree Plantation programs was carried out at various units under jurisdiction of West zone, ADPC on occasion of World Environment Day.
